" As first time home buyers, my Partner and I a lot of questions, a ton of anxiety and felt completely in way over our heads and completely lost in this crazy market. We saw a house we thought we liked on zillow and requested a tour. It was the first house we look at and the Realtor completely took advantage of our ignorance. We were out over 550 dollars for a basic home inspection and we were given a lot of push back about actually going over the results. She was rushing us into accepting and signing which was a hard stop for me. We did finally get the results and we walked away.
